Exercise with your baby to strengthen key muscles including the tummy & pelvic floor and have some time to focus on yourself. 

 

The programme is led by Specialist Ante/Postnatal Rehab Physiotherapist Suzanne Creighton and Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist Christen O’Neill, together they offer a wealth of specialist training and knowledge and can support mums to remain active and healthy. 

 

Fitmums360 is a postnatal exercise recovery programme designed for Mums & babies. The class enables mums to:

  • Reconnect with your body
  • Restore strength & function
  • Activate your core & pelvic floor

The class is suitable for Mums to attend 6 weeks after a normal delivery and 12 weeks after a caesarean section and following your postnatal check.


Fitmums Phase 1 Core Restore

 

Early post-natal rehab & exercise programme, includes:

  • Postnatal assessment and diastasis recti check by specialist.
  • Home programme, exercise band & ball
  • 1 hour/week studio session for 7 weeks
  • 24/7 Online Specialist Support
  • Complimentary Tea/Coffee & time to relax & explore. 
  • Access to Phase 2 Programme
  • 7 week programme costs £95
