Fitbumps is a modified Pilates exercise programme designed specifically for pregnancy & its challenges.

The class focuses on the importance of good posture, safe and effective exercise during pregnancy and abdominal and pelvic floor work.

you through this challenging time of social isolation.

 

Tuesdays, live class, 7.30-8.15pm PLUS receive a recorded version of the class to access for the week & complete at a time that suits you.
